I wanted to show off a little tonight! A hobby of mine is cake decorating. When I find the time!
My babysitter asked me what it was like photographing weddings when she saw these on my computer tonight and well… I don’t photograph weddings right now! LOL, but I make cakes that look a lot like wedding cakes I guess. It really wasn’t my intention as I just wanted to make a really nice cake for an auction for my daughters school this evening for the dessert dash. It was a alot of fun… I loved how it turned out with the fresh flowers and spring colors.

Aren’t they cute?

In addition to a “freshening up” I’m hoping to be able to offer all collages and wall portraits framed and ready to hang!! I know how hard it can be to take those prints to the frame shop, pick out a frame, and put it all together. Hopefully soon it will be easier than ever to get your images up on the wall. With just a level, hammer, and a couple nails you’ll be enjoying your images for years to come!
I’ve been SO blessed this year to have so many wonderful friends, a beautiful family and awesome clients! Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!! I’m looking forward to waking up in the morning bright and early to watch my kids check out what Santa brought them.
I created a little e-card this year. HappyHolidays!!!!
Just a heads up. I woke up this morning to a broken cell phone. Wouldn’t you believe that my warranty expired just one week ago!!! (argh!) and they wanted me to pay full retail price for a new one (If I were more paranoid I would think this was intentional!) . I ended up extending my contract and a phone replacement is on it’s way. In the meantime, I’m without a phone for a few days while I wait for a new one to arrive. If you need to reach me, the best way is to send an email and I’ll be sure to call you right back on my land-line.
I used sprint for years and even though the signal was always bad, at least their customer service was very good. At&t…well, they have very limited options for working this out. I’m just hoping I don’t have to wait as long as she told me it would take to ship me the new one.
Hey just a heads up to all my sweet clients about holiday ordering deadlines!
November 25th – all holiday cards, storyboards, collage, coffee table books, canvas…etc.
November 30th – everything else (desk prints, enlargements, etc) must be in.

SOOO, if you have something in the works now and I’m still waiting on you to approve previews OR if you are still deciding on your order, please take a moment to do so. It will help me out tremendously to get your orders in as quickly as possible. Thank you!!!!
I loved everything about this session! The location (Greenlake Park), the color, the weather, and the fun!!!
Aren’t these kid’s SO cute! I swear they would be awesome models… I see it in their future… and more fairy homes! :)

Sometimes here in Washington we have to deal with the rainy weather. Luckily this beautiful family were still on despite the weather! The colors were so beautiful this year, especially on that day. The leaves were everywhere!! They are all cleaned up now and I’m missing them already.
Carmen and Jeff- your family is beautiful!!

Dari and Andrew – I had a wonderful time with you and little miss {L} at the park!
How awesome that her outfit matched the playground equipment so well!

It was a gorgeous fall day.

But um…. mom…dad…? What are ya doing up there? {hee hee}

She definitely has them wrapped around her finger. :)

Come check out the Fall Event at Green Lake Community Center (see flyer posted below) – the first 150 people get a free pair of babylegs. How cool is that?? Hope you can come check it out on Sunday November 9th from 10-2 this weekend. Stop by my table to view my work, product samples, and pick up a certificate for 30% off plus a free gift with a winter/spring session in 2009! Hope to see you there!!
Here are a few images from a project I worked on with some of the business in the group this year. Aren’t these kids the cutest? I love how patriotic this one is! Makes me proud that I just voted!!

Save the date – coming up this weekend! I’ll be there with a display along with many other Mom-owned businesses.
The free baby legs for the first 150 people is an awesome givaway!
